Jaye is going it alone for the first time…
But she can’t do it without you.
One playfully pokes at the stereotypes and the labels we place upon ourselves, peeling them off to reveal something new. Join Jaye in reclaiming our alone time and making a commitment to love ourselves a little bit more.
Part voyage of self-discovery, part trip down memory lane (via a pit-stop on a desert island), One starts with lonely silence and ends in a disco for everyone.
Described by audiences as, “Huge amounts of fun”, One is a funny, uplifting performance about being alone and not being lonely.
One was performed at The Carriageworks Theatre, Leeds and Hatch at Embrace Arts, Leicester in 2013 and Theatre in the Mill, Bradford, Sprint at Camden People’s Theatre, London and ARC, Stockton Arts Centre in 2014.
One is produced by LittleMighty. One has been developed with the support of an Emerge Mentored Commission and ARC, Stockton Arts Centre, and supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
